Private Healing & Regulation Sessions These personalized sessions support individuals who are feeling depleted, disconnected, or emotionally overwhelmed and are seeking grounding, clarity, and renewal. Each session is intuitively guided and may include Reiki, Access Bars®, reflexology, gentle energy work, intuitive insight, oracle guidance, and facial or lymphatic release, depending on your unique needs. Sessions are available in the following formats: • 60-Minute Reset (In Person) Ideal for ongoing support and nervous system regulation. • 90-Minute Deep Integration (In Person) Designed for deeper emotional processing and long-term patterns. • 60-Minute Distance Session (Virtual) Remote energy healing and intuitive support from anywhere. Clients often leave feeling calmer, supported, emotionally lighter, and more connected to their inner direction.
