๐ Day 2 Evening Reflection: What Are You Still Carrying?
As the day comes to a close, take a moment to check in with yourself.
Not your to-do list. Not tomorrow. Not what still needs fixing.
Just you.
๐ What are you still carrying from today?
A conversation? A worry?A responsibility?A disappointment?Someone else's emotions?
Before bed, see if you can give yourself permission to set one thing down.
Not forever. Just for tonight.
Place a hand on your heart and take a slow breath.
Then quietly remind yourself:
โจ "I have done enough for today."
โจ "I am allowed to rest."
โจ "What remains can wait until tomorrow."
