USMR is the system that came through my own lived practice, teaching, healing, and devotion to this work.

Do I need experience with Reiki before taking Level 1?
No. Level 1 is the starting point. You do not need previous Reiki training to begin.
Is this traditional Reiki?
Universal Soul Matrix Reiki honours the foundation of Reiki, but it is its own evolved certification pathway created by Kiernan Garvie.
Can I use this on others after Level 1?
Level 1 is focused on self Reiki and personal practice. Working with others begins more fully in the later levels.
Do I receive a certificate?
Yes. Students receive a Universal Soul Matrix Reiki certificate upon completion.
