Regulate Before You Interpret
Not every strong feeling is intuition.
Sometimes it is fear. Sometimes it is an old wound, overstimulation, exhaustion or a nervous system trying to protect us. That doesn’t mean we cannot trust ourselves—it means we may need to create a little safety before expecting clarity.
Before interpreting a feeling, an energetic shift or a “sign,” pause.
Place your feet on the floor. Take a slower breath. Drink some water. Let your body settle, and then ask:
Does this still feel true when I am no longer rushing?
Intuition doesn’t always arrive peacefully, but it also doesn’t need panic to prove itself. We strengthen our intuition by building a relationship with ourselves—not by reacting to every thought, sensation or energy we pick up.
