With over 15 years of experience, Kiernan’s work blends Reiki, nervous system support, emotional wellness, grounding practices, intuitive guidance, and energy work to help people feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves.
Her approach is intuitive yet grounded — focused on creating a space where people feel emotionally supported, safe to exhale, and able to reconnect with themselves without fear-based healing or pressure.
