Hi, I'm Kiernan. For more than 20 years, I've supported students and families in Saskatoon schools while also building a career in healing and wellness. Together, those experiences have taught me that most people aren't broken — they're overwhelmed.
Today, my work blends Reiki, nervous system support, emotional awareness, intuitive guidance, reflexology, and grounded healing practices to help people feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves.
When I'm not working with clients, I'm usually creating something. Whether it's a new healing event, a piece of beadwork, resin art, handcrafted salves and oil blends, or a new idea for Ki'smet Co, I love bringing creativity, healing, and connection together in meaningful ways.
I believe healing is deeply personal. My role is not to tell people who they should be. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where they can slow down, listen to themselves, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

My Approach
I believe most people aren’t broken — they’re overwhelmed.
Many people spend years carrying stress, emotional heaviness, burnout, anxiety, overstimulation, grief, or disconnection while continuing to push through life without fully slowing down.
My work focuses on helping people regulate their nervous system, reconnect with themselves, and feel emotionally supported in a grounded, non-judgmental space.
Whether through Reiki, nervous system support, intuitive guidance, grounding practices, meditation, or Universal Soul Matrix Reiki™, my intention is never to “fix” people — but to help them feel calmer, clearer, lighter, and more connected to themselves again.
