What is one part of yourself you feel ready to return to?
Not everything in life is asking us to become someone new. Sometimes, we’re simply being asked to return to parts of ourselves we’ve lost touch with along the way.
That might mean returning to rest without guilt, to creativity, to laughter, to stronger boundaries, to our bodies, to nature, to faith, to logic, to movement, to community, or simply to a quieter version of ourselves that feels more grounded and familiar.

Healing can look incredibly different from one person to the next, and I think that matters. For one person it may be Reiki, therapy, medication, prayer, or meditation. For someone else it may be a walk, a workout, a doctor’s appointment, gardening, music, a good cry, a difficult conversation, or finally admitting that something in their life no longer feels right.
There isn’t one correct way to reconnect with yourself, and there shouldn’t be.
Ki’smet has always felt most meaningful to me when it can hold space for different people, different beliefs, different practices, and different ways of finding their way back to themselves.
So today’s question is simple:
What is one part of yourself you feel ready to return to?
It doesn’t have to be deep or beautifully worded. Even one honest word is enough. ❤️

Presence.
I've spent a couple of months just trying to make it through by going until I drop off distracting until I fall asleep instead of actually just being in the moment even in the discomfort. I'm ready to be again.
