Restorative yoga is the practice of using props and blankets to support our bodies and allow them to feel fully nurtured and cared for as we rest in longer, gentle poses. This practice assists us to regulate our system through tapping into the rest and digest response in the body.

Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. It is a healing, soothing, rejuvenating, gentle beam of light, and love channeled to you that activates the natural healing processes of the individual’s body and restore physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
