Sweet Summer Solstice, A day for replenishing and allowing your inner, outer and light body to be filled. Events will be posted here for the day, you will be able to book your favourite practice of restoring your balance with those who will be at SHR as a practitioner or a presenter. There will be tea, treats and great company available to connect with in celebrating the joy of summer together.

* 11:00am - 12:15pm : Yoga Healing Workshop : Gentle Flow Yoga that will be opened with some gentle giggles to get us going, closed with some Breathwork and a Reiki infused Chakra Healing Meditation. Join us - Gentle Laughter, Gentle Flow, Meditation, LET IT GO!
